Firstly, we want to thank you for your time in writing this review. We appreciate you bringing this matter to our attention. We want to apologize for the amount of time it took for us to get your vehicle fixed, and for the mix up with your warranty. Once Jeff spoke with the warranty company, only $266 of the $750 charge was covered, but we absorbed the rest due to the repair taking longer than expected, which accounts for the discrepancy in the charges communicated to you. We hope that one day you may give us another chance. Our service manager, Jeff, is willing to personally take care of you if you are willing to give us that chance. Again, we apologize for this situation and hope that we can one day show you the customer service we strive for.

We underestimated the time it would take, neglected to keep you informed about what was going on, neglected to explain the charges thoroughly and were not able to wash your car in that time frame, and for these things we are very sorry. We reached out and reviewed the charges with you and attempted to show our appreciation for you as a customer and for your time lost, we have made the offer of a $100 service credit and a full detail on your vehicle, which is a $130 value. Unfortunately up to this point, you have not accepted that offer. Therefore, we just wanted to make sure that you had this offer in writing.
