I am going to have to give them one star, They charged 60 dollars for a diagnostic and it turned out to be a loose gas cap (actually upon googling that seems cheap...why why why does someone not say anything dollars for a diagnostic and it turned out to be a loose gas cap (actually upon googling that seems cheap...why why why does someone not say anything)... The manual was no help, when calling in and asking it was not suggested to check even. They are a great place and I guess they need to keep the glossy paint fresh ( which by the way is slippery in the rain ) . The service must provide a lot of income because it was so busy we had to wait in the sales lobby where many employees? gathered around laughing loudly at a phone replay of a game. I am not a killjoy ...If they are going to book that many service tickets at least let us in on the fun... They got us in out quick ... ha the gas cap did not take long to screw and it felt like a quickie for me too LOL ...we needed an oil change too ...maybe if we get a coupon for some kind of common sense reward would salve ...the next visit may be better ...Heck Auto Zone would have done a better job ...come on guys ... More

Everyone I have met at Toyota in Gastonia has been so kind and professional. They want to be sure that you are satisfied with the work and cost of what needs to be done. Came to serviice department on Wednesday mornng with out an appointment. my gooness you were very busy. But Jess in the service department was very gracious and found my need as important as many who had a an appointment. my gooness you were very busy.
