I'm usually hesitant to use this dealership for service due to the constant upselling. I understand this is a business and it's purpose is to make money. I use the service for my Tundra and have been a customer of this dealership since it was Rogers Toyota in Covina. I had two cars to service on Wednesday; one at Glendora and the other at West Covina. It’s been decades since I bought a new car and the idea just didn’t appeal to me for several reasons. One being the tactics some may have used to keep customers waiting while pretending that they’re gettin just didn’t appeal to me for several reasons. One being the tactics some may have used to keep customers waiting while pretending that they’re getting the best deal possible for the customer. I did not experience that with your team.
