It took me, after a hour and a half waiting at the dealership, to ask if my car was finished. The young man checked, said he thought it was almost done, and within 30 seconds my car pulls out of the s dealership, to ask if my car was finished. Then, on the way home, I checked the tire pressure on the car gauge. Tire pressure for the four tires was 35, 36, 37 & 38. Obviously, my tires were not filled or checked. I had to manually check and fill them myself when I arrived home. Now that I think about it, I honestly wonder if the oil was changed. Honestly, the Service did not look busy. My appointment was at 2:45 pm on a Thursday. I just thought the service was sub-par. More

I'm usually hesitant to use this dealership for service due to the constant upselling. I understand this is a business and it's purpose is to make money. I use the service for my Tundra and have been a c due to the constant upselling. I understand this is a business and it's purpose is to make money. I use the service for my Tundra and have been a customer of this dealership since it was Rogers Toyota in Covina. I had two cars to service on Wednesday; one at Glendora and the other at West Covina. It’s been decades since I bought a new car and the idea just didn’t appeal to me for several reasons. One being the tactics some may have used to keep customers waiting while pretending that they’re gettin just didn’t appeal to me for several reasons. One being the tactics some may have used to keep customers waiting while pretending that they’re getting the best deal possible for the customer. I did not experience that with your team. I’m happy to say that I’d recommend Toyota of Glendale and especially Beto to anyone looking to buy a vehicle. More
