Buyer Beware! My wife took her car in because the doors weren't locking on her car. Instead of runing a diagnostic to find out what's wrong with the car, they told her she needed to order a $360 key. When weren't locking on her car. Instead of runing a diagnostic to find out what's wrong with the car, they told her she needed to order a $360 key. When she came back they then informed her that the problem wasn't the key but she wouldn't be able to get a refund on the key because their staff needs to get paid. I feel like the staff was more concerned with making a sale & getting paid than actually helping my wife. I do not reccomend their service department. The staff looked at my like I was crazy when I asked why we are paying $360 for a key we don't need or want.😤 More
