I had a stellar experience at Toyota of Glendora. Jeremy was our salesman and he was extremely helpful and attentive. He took me to his trusted on-site Toyota mechanics for their honest opinion on the vehicle we were looking at, which was very positive. Jeremy’s manager, Jeff, was also very friendly and affable. We came in for something we thought was simple and something a Toyota dealership should have been able to preform easily, programming a key fob and cutting a tailgate key. The newly cut key wasn't tes something a Toyota dealership should have been able to preform easily, programming a key fob and cutting a tailgate key. The newly cut key wasn't tested and had to be returned. We find out that they need a new cutting device to make the key work properly. Why wasn’t it tested prior to me ever leaving the dealership? This bill was $470.00! We now wait a week for their machine to be fixed and our tailgate key to be properly cut! This is not great service. Our family has purchased 3 vehicles from this dealership in the distant past and the level of customer service gas seriously declined over the years. More
