Hen I picked up my vehicle my driver door was scratched. I spoke to my service agent who then stated he was going to go get his manager. It’s been 2 days now and have yet to get a phone call from the third party that is supposed to to fix the scratch. More

Went in for oil change and tire rotation. Usually i do my own oil changes but there was a special for it i received via coupon. The employee tried his best to assist me and even gave me $10 off which I appreciated so i am not upset with his service. I was just upset that i booked the earliest appointment I could and even though the previous month was shorter, no exception could be made. My alignment felt off after the rotation as well. More
