Went in for oil change and tire rotation. Usually i do my own oil changes but there was a special for it i received via coupon. It’s hard for me to get time off to go in due to work so i had Usually i do my own oil changes but there was a special for it i received via coupon. The employee tried his best to assist me and even gave me $10 off which I appreciated so i am not upset with his service. I was just upset that i booked the earliest appointment I could and even though the previous month was shorter, no exception could be made. My alignment felt off after the rotation as well. More

I know that I had the service on a holiday, but I had a &15 appointment. I arrived on time and was checked in by 7:26. I asked the Service Rep. how long would it be since I was waiting. He said an hour &15 appointment. I arrived on time and was checked in by 7:26. I asked the Service Rep. how long would it be since I was waiting. He said an hour and a half, maximum 2 hours. I got my car back at 10:28. 3 hours for an oil change is too long in my opinion especially when I had an appointment. I hope that because my vehicle has a lifetime free oil change that it takes longer. More
