I have been coming here for over 25 years and have always received great service. My service guy for years was Rick Rodriguez who was also a good friend. I was devastated when he passed and was concerned tha received great service. My service guy for years was Rick Rodriguez who was also a good friend. I have always had a nice experience here. This time, I deducted a star due to over 2 hours wait, which was a first. When I went to Mike Service Manager to check on delay; he was out helping w This time, I deducted a star due to over 2 hours wait, which was a first. When I went to Mike Service Manager to check on delay; he was out helping with a client. This took at least 15 minutes while my completed ticket was sitting at his desk. I am not complaining about him helping someone, but it would of been nice if someone else could have helped me. Just a courtesy recommendation,When I sat in my vehicle the seat had been moved to the lowest height and at my age it was a jolt to my body to fall into the seat, it should be returned to my seat position.
