We came in for something we thought was simple and something a Toyota dealership should have been able to preform easily, programming a key fob and cutting a tailgate key. The newly cut key wasn't tes something a Toyota dealership should have been able to preform easily, programming a key fob and cutting a tailgate key. The newly cut key wasn't tested and had to be returned. We find out that they need a new cutting device to make the key work properly. Why wasn’t it tested prior to me ever leaving the dealership? This bill was $470.00! We now wait a week for their machine to be fixed and our tailgate key to be properly cut! This is not great service. Our family has purchased 3 vehicles from this dealership in the distant past and the level of customer service gas seriously declined over the years. More
