Pressure less buying experience and I attribute this to Vincent Abraham and his easy going and friendly demeanor. This was my first visit in my shopping. I visited two other dealerships and gave them the same requirements and the same opportunity regarding a negotiated price out the door. Toyota of Goldsboro ended up giving us the lowest and fairest price. The Internet salesman, Vince, gave us his full attention, explained everything clearly and made it easy to negotiate our final price with him. He took his time explaining the vehicle equipment during the test drive and later follow up with us regarding our experience. He also showed us the service area and introduced us to the service manager. Our unit came from the port of Jacksonville as the color and interior we wanted was not available at the dealership on our visit but was on its way. We were not in a hurry to get the vehicle although it took some time. Vince very graciously compensated us for the delay by adding an option to the vehicle that we had not thought about but now that we have it made riding the vehicle that much better.
