I appreciate not only the the friendliness but the kindness. I had to bring my little dog because I have noone to leave her with and didn't know how long I'd be. I was asked very harshly by another customer to take her someplace else because she was annoying. He was just plane nasty. But the Toyota people were very tolerant, even tried to befriend her. What more can I say, except I wish I had taken the assosiates' names. One was a young lady with long dark hair. The other was a young guy who took my information.
