Upset with Service Took my '09 Tacoma in to have the frame replaced per the factory warranty, and also a few other things done. After waiting since March for the frame t Took my '09 Tacoma in to have the frame replaced per the factory warranty, and also a few other things done. After waiting since March for the frame to arrive, it finally came in. That's when AJ Pacienza in Service called with a LAUNDRY list of other things they "found" that needed done, that not surprisingly, were NOT covered by the warranty. After an actual yelling match on the phone, I will be picking the truck up (supposedly soon) with just the frame done. AJ is ok with oil changes and brakes, but do not trust him with major work- he will definitely misquote and mislead you! I personally know 2 others that had their frames replaced there...and SAME story- the Service Dept. had a long list of other work that needed (OR that they strongly recommend) to be done. I've bought 4 vehicles there over the years, as well as a lot of service done, and have not had a worse experience than I did dealing with AJ.... More

From the get go, they were quick to respond to requests, upfront with everything needed on my end, and when I was ready to complete the purchase they both were very well organized throughout each step of the buying process and the entire process was less than an hour. Although I have no intent to part with my new vehicle anytime soon or in the future, if the time would ever come to visit a dealer, the only dealership I will enter will be Toyota of Greensburg. She answered all my questions and set an appointment for me to come to the dealership later that day to fit my schedule. She had the Tacoma I was looking for -- an Off-road with 6 speed manual shift--tossed me the key and said 'lets take it for a spin!" During the drive I asked many questions about the vehicle and she answered each without hesitation--she knew her product! Once back at the dealership we negotiated a fair trade-in and price for the Tacoma and I was sold. Marina carried on to get the paper work complete, car fueled up and washed--and stuck with the process all the way to hanging my plate on my New Tacoma. Mike Tell greeted us. He went above and beyond to show us the used and new inventory. He went over all the warranties and services and left us with all the information that we needed. We didn't feel pressured and Mike was available by cell if we had more questions. My son bought a new car the following week.
