Great car, salespeople and staff! I highly recommend working with Kitty if you're looking for a salesperson, as her candor and know-how is much appreciated. I was wary of buying a new I highly recommend working with Kitty if you're looking for a salesperson, as her candor and know-how is much appreciated. I was wary of buying a new car, but knew that a deal with 0% APR, some dealer-provided maintenance, and a Toyota at the end of it would be best in the long run since. As it turns out, the staff was knowledgeable and didn't insist on tacking on extras, they were great with a first time car buyer, pointed out useful things about the vehicle, and got me a good deal, wonderful experience, and probably 10-15 years with a fabulous car that meets all my needs. I have no regrets, and am incredibly excited about the new car. Thank you, Kitty and Maria! More

Brand new Toyota RAV4 all thanks to Devin! Devin is absolutely amazing! I had been shopping for a new SUV for almost 2 months (meeting 8 different salesman/managers) and no one did as great of Devin is absolutely amazing! I had been shopping for a new SUV for almost 2 months (meeting 8 different salesman/managers) and no one did as great of a job as Devin. He took the time to listen to what I wanted out of a vehicle and wasn’t just trying to make a sale. He is extremely knowledgeable and doesn’t try to avoid questions like most of the salesman I met do. I went up to get my routine maintenance done and he made a point to come over and ask if I was still happy with my Rav4 which I completely am! If you want a great car buying experience then go see him! More

Good latch Last year around this time we took my husbands FJ cruiser to the dealership to get something fixed. When we picked it up the worker verbally admitted to breaking the hood latch and gave us trouble and wanted us to pay for it. He fixed it and all was okay then 11 months later, the hood latch breaks again. We take it in they “lubricate it” and we take it back home. Then a day or 2 later we try to put in some windshield fluid and GUESS WHAT BREAKS AGAIN.... yes the hood latch that was originally broken from YOUR employee. It’s just disgusting how they fix the cars. It is a classic scheme of breaking something so that he car us to come back. So disgusted. More

I went to look at a used car here four months ago and the salesman Also posted on Google but I had one of the worse car buying experiences ever here. I went to look at a used car here four months ago and the salesman was helpful and was not pushy. That was the only good thing that happened. I had guaranteed financing when I walked in for the test drive, so I know I could afford the car. I decided I wanted to put some money down and to finance less. The salesman offered to have them try to beat the interest rate. I proceeded. I also wrote a deposit check to hold the car but not for the whole amount of the down payment. I was assured numerous times that the check would not be cashed till they had both checks (when I came back to finalize the sale). Two days later, they over drafted my bank account because I was waiting to move the full down payment amount from my savings. When I went to pick up the car and finalize paperwork, I was also assured that the overdraft fee would be recouped by the salesman and a manager. Four months later, I still have not received anything. I even contacted the salesman multiple times. When it was time to sign the paperwork, the finance lady was far less than polite and tried to push a wrap warranty on me when the car was only 5 years old. The warranty I was told (3 months, 3,000 miles) was only listed as (1 month, 1,000 miles). I made them correct it before I would sign. They also added a vehicle recovery tracker for hundreds of dollars that I did not want but had to pay for. They inspected the car, but before I drove off the lot, I checked the fluids. Sure enough, it was low on coolant. I don't know how thorough their mechanic was, but that is an essential fluid that takes 30 seconds to fill. I made them correct that as well. I come to find out later that their finance inquiry ran my credit nine times. I found this excessive and too many inquiries can actually hurt my credit score. Overall, I would never go back or suggest anyone buying a used car there. tl;dr I was lied to multiple times. The car was not up to standard. I still have not been compensated for them over-drafting my bank account. The paperwork was wrong. They checked my credit 9 times. Update: I was contacted by a manager and got reimbursed for the overdraft fee. Still doesn't excuse their poor service and professionalism, but I gave them another star. More
