Never trust the salesman, Not trustworthy, went over options of truck I wanted, tried to sell me another truck in wrong color with the exact options. Then again tried to sell me another truck in the wrong color. He then tried to sell me a truck they had on the lot but it was not automatic, (again wrong) at that time he explained they don't like to get trucks from other dealers over 200 miles away, but he will expand his search. Well he finally came back and said found exactly what I wanted but it had no rear seats. I said no problem, we agreed on price and said he would get it in. I got the call it came in and we scheduled a time to pick it up, was late at nite and raining, we looked briefly at the truck and did see no sear seats. "color was correct". We did paper work and I was on my way, within minutes i realized there were no speakers and intermittent wipers. We called stefan from just down the road explained the problam and here is what he said "we went over the options and there is nothing I can do, the truck is yours". He is correct we went over options on the first truck in wrong color he is completely dishonest I feel so stupid putting my trust in him, It went from "how can I earn your business. To "the truck is yours and there is nothing I can do". Stephan is completely dishonest and untrustworthy! More

A great experience from a great sales person Michael Tell) I started out the day thinking I would take a look at what the Toyota of Greensburg had to offer with Certified RAV4s. I wasn't expecting to purchase I started out the day thinking I would take a look at what the Toyota of Greensburg had to offer with Certified RAV4s. I wasn't expecting to purchase a vehicle. The dealership is class AAAA with sales, service, and putting the customer first. As soon as I walked in, I noticed Michael Tell asking us if he could help us after 1st checking with the other sales people. He turned our day of talking, answering questions, test driving, explaining the mechanics of the car's exterior & interior features with great ease. Michael even visited us while we sat in the waiting room for financing just to talk and even took the time to show how my phone sync's up to bluetooth after I closed the deal. I cant say enough how important it is to be treated with kindness, respect, friendly, outgoing, non-aggressive, and very knowledgeable about the product he sells. Michael is all of these and makes you feel like you have known him for years by the end of the day. I truly appreciate doing business with men like him at a class place such as Toyota of Greensburg.
