Pleasant employees I do not enjoy making any large expensive purchases because I find it very stressful spending so much money. I especially dislike car shopping and dreaded having to cope with smooth talking or aggressive and manipulative sales persons. The experience I had purchasing my latest vehicle was less painful that usual because the salesman "Lance" did not present as a pushy, manipulative, condescending salesman. Lance listened to what I wanted, showed me what he had, and we negotiated the terms without a lot of fuss or attempts to get me to buy more than I needed. He is very knowledgeable but did not pretend to know it all and when I asked a question he was unsure of he admitted that he had to ask someone at the dealership that would know the answer. I really appreciate that he didn't act like an arrogant know it all. Salesman Lance has a pleasant unassuming personality and did a great job of explaining everything and answering my questions. He is an asset to the Toyota of Greensburg dealership. More
