Upgrade Lease Toyota of Greensburg has made the shopping experience for a car very painless for both times that we leased from them. This transition from our current lease of a 2014 RAV4 to a 2016 RAV4, although time consuming (To be expected), was made as simple as possible. We were treated well and told to make ourselves as comfortable as possible and offered drinks from the little refreshment area. It has been a pleasure working with Lance who was very friendly and took time to answer all of our questions and explained the features of our new car. I was impressed with the style and handling characteristics (I was driving an '09 Honda CRV) so I decided to deal. Seth Cortazzo listened to what I needed and explained the features, and his knowledge of the product helped to ease my decision-making process. I felt no pressure during any segment of our conversation, and the general atmosphere of the dealership was relaxed. Personnel with whom I was not involved were friendly and conversational. I have been to dealerships where the atmosphere is focused on closing a deal rather than placing the needs of the customer first or trying to "upsell" on other products. I did choose an XLE RAV over the original lower-priced model I first considered, but this was my decision and not the salesperson's suggestion. Seth made the entire process seamless and he carefully explained the vehicle's options clearly, particularly the electronics. Seth is definitely as asset to your dealership, and I would recommend him ( and TOG) for an relaxing buying experience. I would also like to thank Mark Kromel from finance (and Paul Eisaman, who showed me some features on an earlier visit) for their interest in my needs. More

From there they inspected my trade-in and then presented their offer. I told them I would think on it. No pressure, they only asked that I give them a shot before purchasing. I called the next day with what I felt I needed to make the deal and they immediately accepted without ongoing counters. I shopped at another Toyota dealership first (where I bought 4 previous new trucks) and they did not come close, plus kept countering my requests. Now I wonder if I overpaid the previous 4 times!! Toyota of Greensburg has just earned my business and will be my first go to in the future!! More
