Don't expect quick or timely service even if scheduled! I have had my vehicle scheduled and serviced 3 times and each time has taken significantly longer than I was informed. Due to the consistent inconvenience I will never have my vehicle serviced there again. More

If I could rate LESS then 1 star I would. The absolute worst experience my wife and I have ever had, at any car dealer. We completed a credit app online to save time at the dealer. They had a White Highlander LMTD and we were assured it was available and would be clean and ready for us when we arrived. We wanted to make sure of this so as not to waste our time, or theirs, plus we were coming from an hour away, so we didn't want to make a wasted trip. Unfortanately that's exactly what happened. We arrived around 1130 am on a Saturday morning only to find out the vechicle in question had been sold and the person who purchased it was driving it away when we arrived.I know how long it takes to get a deal done from start to finish, so when this person was driving off the lot, we figured the vehicle was either sold the night before or at 9 am someone showed up and bought it. They never had the decency to call us and tell us it had been sold. Worse yet, they told US IT WAS AVAILABLE then sold it to someone else even though we were coming in to look at it, and had the credit app already completed. What a joke. Needless to say WE LEFT highly upset because they didn't have another of the same vehicle. ANOTHER JOKE. Sell the only one you have to someone after telling us it was available and would be clean and ready. Even more of a joke, calling to speak to the GENERAL MANAGER,Gary Semanchek and NEVER RECEIVING A CALL BACK. Needless to say if this is how they conduct business, it's for the better we didn't buy from them. They say Toyota of Greensburg, 'Home of the Lifetime Warranty.' I SAY BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE, If it sounds to good to be true, It probably is, otherwise most other deaslers would offer the same thing. Do your self a favor, Go to another Toyota dealer. More

Talk about a real disappointment...let me tell you about my experience with Toyota of Greensburg and Bill Slater. I have been looking for a used truck for quite a while, I found the truck that I thought I w my experience with Toyota of Greensburg and Bill Slater. I have been looking for a used truck for quite a while, I found the truck that I thought I was looking for on their website. After contacting Bill Slater and asking several questions, he assured me this truck was WONDERFUL, after him sending me additional pictures I was sure this was my truck. Being as I live more than 2 hours away I was convinced by Bill Slater that the trip would worth my while. After working all day my wife and I decided to drive up and take a look...WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT!!! Rust bucket, no way it would pass even the most lenient inspection. Even though Bill said it was rust and dent free and passed a 100+ point safety check. As far as I'm concerned, I wouldn't buy a little red wagon from them for my son to ride, the tire would probably fall off or it would break in half. More

He stated he was one of the managers and he would get a salesperson, but he said based on the fact your credit is shot, I would recommend flannery cars up the street they deal with people like you! I was so insulted I basically ran to my car and left. I will never go back. This company should not have rude managers working for them that treat poor credit customers differently than others. More

Had such a great experience at Toyota of Greensburg. Joe S and the entire Toyota family were very nice and courteous . Went to "other dealers " in last 3months and should have come here FIRST. I would not send my enemy to this dealer. They are terrible, do not care about their customers. All they want to do is sell a car, even of they have to lie about things. My salesman told me I had to wait 4-6 weeks to get the title in order to make some changes to my financing, waited 4 weeks and called back hoping to get some good news. The new salesman I spoke to said I didn't have to wait at all! The first salesman must not have known Anything! Their call center is terrible, prices are high, and I just would not recommend this dealer to anyone I knew. More

The majority of the techs are young and while waiting I saw the techs doing burnouts with customers vehicles. Later that week i took my toyota to a different toyota dealer and they discovered my tensioner bearing was about to fail. Now I drive 1 hour away to get my toyota serviced, believe me the long drive is worth it. IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR VEHICLE DON'T GO TO TOYOTA OF GREENSBURG. Thank You for reading. More
