I recently leased a 2025 Camry Hybrid, and somehow managed to break the holder for the driver’s side visor. As soon as I contacted the New Car Sales Manager, he told me to come in anytime and he woul managed to break the holder for the driver’s side visor. As soon as I contacted the New Car Sales Manager, he told me to come in anytime and he would immediately replace it. I did so the following day and, true to his word, he immediately replaced it: no long waits, no endless streams of paperwork. Thank you, Dillon(sp?)
