Made an appointment for service. Met by very nice greeter who took in car and asked what was needed. Requested oil change, transmission fluid replacement, and radiator flush. Took 3 Met by very nice greeter who took in car and asked what was needed. Requested oil change, transmission fluid replacement, and radiator flush. Took 3 hours which jiffy lube could have completed in an hour maximum. Upon inspection they recommended changing all wipers that are less than a month old, because they were streaking. They recommended brake pads and rotors when they were changed approximately 10k miles previous. This is unacceptable and prevents me from recommending them to others. More

Richard Nguyen was an Excellent, professional & friendly service manager. The cost of the repair was lot more than anticipated, but Richard I’d his best to help. My experiences over the years with Toyota of Greenville has been very good. I can’t say the same for our sister dealerships, Jaguar and Porsche of Greenville.
