I never once felt pressured by the salesman or finance manager. Also there wasn’t the back and forth negotiating with the “tower of power” managers. It was a seamless sale and I was treated fairly throughout the total process. The salesman, Touhami was knowledgeable and helpful every step of the way. Edward Donald, Finance Manager, explained all options clearly. He was personable and was able to help me get a very good maintenance package. I’ve had the car a few days now and have no buyers remorse. I know the reputation of Toyota repair service and have no doubt that this car will serve me well. More
