My Jeep Cherokee developed an oil leak after 16 months of ownership. We took it to Toyota of Greenville because that is where we purchased it and it was a smooth and easy experience. It had a cracked oil cooler. We had a warranty that covered the cost of repair. They were very knowledgeable and we trusted them completely. Within a short time they had us on our way in a nice rental car (also covered by warranty). They called to give us updates on how long the repair would taking and any changes that happened. There was another repair that had to be done while car was in shop and they called to let us know about what was needed. We got our car back before date that we expected. The whole experience went easy and smooth. I would highly recommend Toyota of Greenville to anyone needing car repair. More

Love toyotas but I hate the buying experience. I have bought three NEW toyotas and almost walked out of of the deal twice.
