We knew exactly what we wanted to purchase, a new Venza. We also knew just what we wanted and didn't want in this new purchase. He told us he could have the leather installed and the car delivered to our home on a certain day and he was right on with the delivery day, actually a day ahead of schedule. He kept us informed step by step and took care of all the details of notifying our insurance carrier, state registration, etc. He is a true Southern Gentleman. We couldn't have asked for a more pleasant experience and recommend Toyota of Greenville resoundingly! His co-workers, Alvin and Rick, were most pleasing and comforting to deal with also-two fine gentlemen. They were so polite and thorough, took care of the business they were assigned and with a handshake and a smile bid us goodbye. I called David immediately after I left the other dealership to tell him I was ready to purchase the car. The next day, I had a problem with one of the running boards, and David took it over to the Service Department, who said it would take half a day. He brought it back to me, pulled out some tools, went to work and fixed the car for me in the used car parking lot. Overall, I felt I had a fantastic experience with Toyota of Greenville. More
