regular and periodoc service for my vehicle The staff at Toyota of Hackensack provided me with four start service, again. I arrived at 7:05 for a 7:10 appointment only to find a line of cars (3) The staff at Toyota of Hackensack provided me with four start service, again. I arrived at 7:05 for a 7:10 appointment only to find a line of cars (3) waiting at the service door to be checked in. However, within a few minutes I was in the service area and fully checked in. The service representative greeted me and explained what would happen during my visit. He was courteous and polite. I waited patiently in the Customer Lounge. The coffee, and hot chocolate, at the kiosk were both lousy! At exactly 8:00 the service representative returned and told me that my car was completed and ready for me. After paying the cashier and going to the car port to receive my car I was driving out of their lot at exactly 8:09. Not bad!! As a matter of fact I would say Very Good! More
