Thank you for your feedback, Mr. Flores. If I could make a request, please do not "tag" sales personnel for reviews intended for service. Diana Carella does not work in the service department. She works in the sales department. Second, what part of your service visit was below your expectations? The basic car wash we offer is a complimentary service we provided for customers that frequent our service facility. It is not meant to replace a paid car wash that is offered at a number of other car wash businesses in the area.
