I bough my Toyota rav 4 , 2017 . Two weeks ago . I star to have brake problems since Monday 17 , tomorrow is going to be my 5 times bring the car to fix , solve the problem . In 1 week , this is ridiculous to have brake problems since Monday 17 , tomorrow is going to be my 5 times bring the car to fix , solve the problem . In 1 week , this is ridiculous , today they suppose to replace the brake pads , they didn’t ., they just put some oil on the brakes . I pcick More

0 Stars. Horrible service very dissatisfied. They did not listen to the reason why I came in and so I had to leave my car multiple days for a simple fix. Since they all had no idea it was a horrible experien listen to the reason why I came in and so I had to leave my car multiple days for a simple fix. Bad new car My car had a problem with the brakes, they tried to fix it around 10 times and the problem still there. Last time they said it was my fault because ho My car had a problem with the brakes, they tried to fix it around 10 times and the problem still there. Last time they said it was my fault because how I drive which is weird because I never had a problem with any new car I had. So now warranty is gone and I have to pay to fix my new car. Plus after the last time they fixed it a new noise came from the suspension. Worst buy ever. More

Horrible service I took my Lexus RX 350 for 15000 mile service there after a day or two oil leak was all over my driveway. I called back and complained, they told me g I took my Lexus RX 350 for 15000 mile service there after a day or two oil leak was all over my driveway. I called back and complained, they told me gasket was pinched. Now my breaks are making noise, I called again they said they did not do anything with breaks just tire rotations. I am afaried to take car back there. I would not recemend this place to anyone. This was my first time here but I wont go back there. My daughter just her licence, was thinking about getting toyota for her after service experince I will never go there ever again. More
