Everything was fine except for setting the tire pressures. The plate on the door frame calls for 30 psi. After an hour of driving I checked the pressures and they all were 37 psi - way to high. Thi pressures. The plate on the door frame calls for 30 psi. After an hour of driving I checked the pressures and they all were 37 psi - way to high. This has happened when I bring my truck in in the winter and was told they put in higher pressures to prevent the low pressure warning from alerting on cold days - I understand but do not like it. But there is no reason to set pressures to about 34 psi when the outdoor temperatures will be no lower then 60 for 2 or 3 months. I'll have to tell them the tire pressure I want. More

Waited another 3-4 days for them to say they have no idea. Complete waste of time. I would avoid coming here if I was you just to avoid headaches. More

If I could give less than one star, I absolutely would. I will be sharing this extremely disappointing experience with all my friends and colleagues. On June 14th, 2025, I arrived at 7:00 AM for a sched I will be sharing this extremely disappointing experience with all my friends and colleagues. On June 14th, 2025, I arrived at 7:00 AM for a scheduled two-hour appointment to diagnose an issue with my vehicle. I was told the problem was with the car’s roof and that a part needed to be ordered, which would arrive the following week. I returned as instructed on June 21st, 2025, and waited for three full hours, only to be told by service advisor Joe that I would need to return yet again the following week — with no explanation provided. Then on June 28th, 2025, I arrived at 7:00 AM for the third time, and waited in the reception area until 2:00 PM. When I asked Joe Evans why the delay, I was told the mechanic was already working on my vehicle. But when I spoke directly with the mechanic, he informed me that they had not even started, and would only begin work at 2:00 PM. This means I was left waiting seven hours, watching multiple other customers who arrived after me get their cars serviced and leave — while my vehicle sat untouched. The repair itself took only one hour, yet I was kept waiting a total of over eight and a half hours, with no transparency or proper explanation. I was then offered a free car wash as compensation — which I find both insulting and unprofessional. My time, which was wasted across three visits, including a full workday, deserves more than a basic courtesy. This experience reflects a complete lack of organization, customer care, and respect for people’s time. I am formally requesting a proper and satisfactory compensation for the inconvenience, delays, and disruption caused to my professional commitments. More
