I bought my car there, but only because it was convenient. I knew what my trade was worth from several online appraisals, but they undercut by $2000 until I showed them the printouts. This was followed by a 20 minute time out "to get approval from manager." Upon his return, I asked what they discussed for 20 minutes and got a shoulder shrug. We closed the deal and I returned the next day for pick up and was asked to sit in waiting room while the documents "were prepared." I asked why this hadn't been done already. A shoulder shrug from the document guy. Before I drove away I asked the salesman how to reset the "service needed" message an he told me to bring the car in and they'd do it for me. Really?? More

I am unsure, but I feel like this dealership is overbooking their service department. I was here at 9 AM as my appointment was for 9 AM. Still waiting 1 hour and 40 minutes later. Hmmmm? A simple overbooking their service department. I was here at 9 AM as my appointment was for 9 AM. Still waiting 1 hour and 40 minutes later. Hmmmm? A simple oil change and tire rotation that "is an hour job". Comfortable chairs while waiting until a salesman opened a double door for fresh air and we customers waiting, woke up as the 45 degree air blustered against us all. Mark Ford is extremely courteous and professional!! More
