Jason was amazing from the minute I placed my appointment with him over the phone. He checked on my warranty coverage and let me know right away the costs. Once I arrived, another service person (Kevin) he with him over the phone. He checked on my warranty coverage and let me know right away the costs. Once I arrived, another service person (Kevin) helped me out while Jason was busy with another customer by taking the car information for him. That made the check in process a breeze. Once Jason took over, he told me about the service and a check on a possible recall. A few hours later, he called me to say the car failed the recall check and would replace the part right away. While it took a bit longer than expected, he got the car fixed (and washed, woo hoo!) by the end of the day, which was perfect for us. Thanks Jason, Kevin and team! More
