Very easygoing and seamless atmosphere. Came to the dealership all the way from Los Angeles - completely not expecting to walk away with a brand new 2022 Corolla XSE - but did just that thanks to Ricky dealership all the way from Los Angeles - completely not expecting to walk away with a brand new 2022 Corolla XSE - but did just that thanks to Ricky, Tony, and Amanda. Admittedly, the current market, chip shortage, and Toyota cutting back on 40% of its normal production does not fare well for a car buyer during these times (yes, I did pay a markup), but Ricky, Tony, the higher ups, and Amanda in finance (an absolute sweetheart) were willing to work with me to soften the blow a little bit. It's about an hour and a half drive from the immediate Los Angeles area without traffic (this was the closest dealership to me in the entire country that had a Corolla XSE in stock with the specs I was looking for, and one of only two in the entire Southern California region), but if you want impeccable service, a laidback atmosphere, and newfound friends you didn't think you needed, this is definitely your place. Would totally recommend and would definitely come back to buy another car from this trio if I were in the market for a Toyota again. Keep up the good work! More
