Closing time was hours for what should have been simple transaction (trade in and cash). Paperwork overwhelming finally, they agreed to provide different floor mats. They delivered some of them. I had serious interest in a 2021 Honda Civic Hatchback and reached out to Toyota of Hollywood to inquire. I made my intentions clear, but received no follow-up, no communication — nothing. Then I find out and reached out to Toyota of Hollywood to inquire. I made my intentions clear, but received no follow-up, no communication — nothing. Then I find out the car was sold, and they didn’t even notify me. This isn’t just about missing a car — it’s about how they handled (or didn’t handle) the situation. Zero professionalism, zero respect for the customer. It reflects badly on the dealership’s priorities and internal communication. Management needs to take this seriously. You lost a real buyer, and your team didn’t even blink. More
