Product availability is less than desired but that is not the fault of the dealership. I was able to place $ down on a car and then had to wait for its arrival. The dealership did call me and set an appt when I could come see it. As much as the dealership was a 100 mile round trip for us, we found the staff to be good and worked with us. My only complaint was when seeing the associate to make sure my car insurance was set-up prior to departing, she failed to return my Driver Lic. 6 days later, when I needed it, it was not there. I called the dealership and discovered that the associate still had it. What really burns my chips, is that in 6 days, she nor anyone else made any attempt to call me to inform me or suggest sending it to me via the mail. Instead, I had to make the 100 mile round trip again just to get the DL. The associate was not in, and no apology was offered by anyone. More

Lots of people everywhere but the lack of knowledge and lack of attention to the customers was just as high. I made the reservation the day before, giving all the information about the required service whi lack of attention to the customers was just as high. First time using the service center there, got there early at 7:15am for a 7:30 appointment. followed the parking instructions, asked the young lady for directions on what to do, she asked if I had an appointment, then told me to put the driver side window down, turn the vehicle off, place the keys on the dash. I asked if there was anything else I needed to do, she said no, I can go. 7 hours later I receive a call asking if I dropped my vehicle off earlier, because it has been sitting where I left it all this time because I should have gone inside and spoken to someone behind the counter. I had no clue of that requirement, but that aside, it took 7 hours for someone to notice that the second vehicle in line was not being attended to???? The service person who called was condescending and argumentative, expecting me to know their rules I guess better than their own employees. I had to leave the vehicle over night, got it back late the next day with the same check engine light and code related to the recalled item on the dash. When I asked why it wasn’t cleared after they reprogrammed the problem I was told that it is an almost $200 charge to scan the vehicle to clear the code. I argued that it was related to the recalled item…. deaf ear!!! I am still dumbfounded. I just slowly walked away and drove home. I hope that not even an emergency will make me have to enter this dealership again. I surely didn’t feel like a valued customer, maybe because I hadn’t bought my vehicle there….. but it’s ok. We do have choices of who and where we do business with. No thank you Toyota of Hollywood. More
