Then I find out the car was sold, and they didn’t even notify me. This isn’t just about missing a car — it’s about how they handled (or didn’t handle) the situation. Zero professionalism, zero respect for the customer. It reflects badly on the dealership’s priorities and internal communication. Management needs to take this seriously. You lost a real buyer, and your team didn’t even blink. More
