They were very unorganized - I had an appointment and I informed them who I was here for they brought me to the wrong person. I needed to change my tires and they quoted me for a specific brand and price t informed them who I was here for they brought me to the wrong person. I waited almost four hours to find out that they put the wrong tires on and tried to charge me more when I specifically told them who I was there for and what I needed. One of the workers Denise was very helpful and sweet and helped me get everything cleared up. The first man I was brought to was rude and when I asked twice about the price I was quoted he brushed me off then tried to quote me $100 more. Terrible experience, long wait, I recommend confirming every detail with every person three times because everyone told me something different. More

Last maintenance I told them to do an alignment since my previous Highlander which I bought brand new, they charged me for it since it as past 16k miles. Then my wife took the car in this week, and they tol previous Highlander which I bought brand new, they charged me for it since it as past 16k miles.
