Toyota was my go to and I thought everyone was nice. Until all of a sudden contact stopped emails, text and phone calls and when I was reaching out to Alejandro he just stop replying. It seems to me once Toyota got paid from my accident they left me hanging and no longer cared. I had to rent a car over 2 mths and they couldn’t even give me a 1% discount sad!!! I would NEVER take my car there or advise anime rise to the theirs .Toyota of Hollywood is NOT the place to go. I rather go out of my way to another dealership instead of going through ALL the aggravation I went through at a time in my life I didn’t my need this kind of treatment. COMMUNICATION IS THE KEY!!!!! No place better to get your car serviced than at Toyota of Hollywood-Hollywood FL. I have been getting my cars serviced at TOH over 20 years. And I would ONLY get my car serviced by Brian Singletary-Serv of Hollywood-Hollywood FL. I have been getting my cars serviced at TOH over 20 years. And I would ONLY get my car serviced by Brian Singletary-Service Manager. He really cares about his customers. Always ensuring my cars are properly/efficiently maintained/serviced and/or fixed.
