The selections were of a lovely variety. The financing officer was very accommodating. The only and most negative experience I had was when I finalized my deal and asked the sales manager fo The financing officer was very accommodating. The only and most negative experience I had was when I finalized my deal and asked the sales manager for the second key. He stated that this topic should have been discussed at closing so that the cost to order a new one could have been placed on my fiance agreement. And that some how I should have known that the key used in the test drive was the only one and not one of a set that could have been placed in a managerial lock box for safety. He told my sales agent to follow up in the morning for which I have not heard back from since. This 80k deal certainly ended in a distasteful manner. More
