Service was completed. I came after I was notified it was done. I remained on site. There was no one around to answer my questions when I came over to get my car. Any perso I came after I was notified it was done. I remained on site. There was no one around to answer my questions when I came over to get my car. Any person that went up to from the dealership I did talk to gave me the answer. I don't know and walked away from me. Also, I was quoted one price and charged another. No one could help me with that as well and I had to pay to get my car back even though I had paperwork proving I was not supposed to pay that. Never coming back for service and I was looking at getting a car for my daughter while I was waiting. No way would I buy from them, I would pay more bot to deal with this dealership. More

I had an 11 am appointment for an oil change. I was told 2-3 hours. There were no service managers in the drive through, to provide updates on when the job will be completed. At 1:30 I went insi I was told 2-3 hours. There were no service managers in the drive through, to provide updates on when the job will be completed. At 1:30 I went inside to get an update, most service tech were at lunch. I found one person to help me. Came to find out my paperwork was sitting on the desk. Why are all service people at lunch at the same time and no one to fill in, to provide SERVICE for customers? More
