I don’t typically write reviews, but after this experience, I felt that it was important to share this unfortunate experience to help others decide if they want to do business with this untrustwort experience, I felt that it was important to share this unfortunate experience to help others decide if they want to do business with this untrustworthy dealership that does not honor their word. The bottom line upfront is that I was offered a written price for a vehicle that included all fees, taxes, and title, but the dealership went back on their word and refused to honor their offered price. A manager from Toyota of Hollywood reached out to me after I had sent preliminary information and she had confirmed the make and model of the vehicle I was interested in. I asked if the dealership could beat a competitive price from a different dealership and she responded stating that she could in fact beat the price by about $500 then she asked if she should send me the link so that I could place a deposit. I was ready to do so, but I asked to see the vehicle specification sheet first. Hours later, she sends a new message stating that she cannot sell the car for the price that she offered before and the best price that she could offer was actually $3000 more than the competitive offer I had from the other dealership. Confused, I asked how the price changed by $3000 And she initially said that she thought she could do that, but ultimately could not. I asked why she stated as a fact that she could earlier, and after repeating this question in a variety of ways because she refused to answer, she then said that she believed we were discussing a different model altogether. I find this hard to believe given that the message correspondence clearly stated the make and model That I was interested in. This just sounded like an excuse. I eventually escalated this to the director of this department, Angela Serrano, requesting that she uphold the initial offer that was made; However, she declined my request to honor their word. I understand that mistakes are made, and even I make them, but I also know that admitting mistakes is not the only part of taking responsibility - the other part is making things right. I was offered an out-the-door price with clear confirmation of the make and model and that this dealer could beat the competition price and then the dealer backed out of the written deal, from internet manager all the way to the internet director. Making this right would have been honoring their written offer This was unprofessional in so many ways and it demonstrates to me that Toyota of Hollywood cares more about profit than their customers and honoring their word. This is not a dealership I would want to do business with and I would caution anyone considering buying a vehicle from them because their word is not trustworthy. More

The rep that helped me (man) always has an attitude. I never receive a call when my car is being serviced. Buying a $50,000 dollar car and receiving poor service is annoying. Lacey WAS THE BEST!!! The Service Manager, Isaiah Olajoyeghe, was friendly and provided a clear explanation not only about the oil change but also gave me helpful advice on other matters. DIANA THE OWNER DOES NOT RESPOND I purchased a Certified Pre-Owned 2024 Toyota RAV4 XLE from Craig Inn Toyota Hollywood, Florida, and this was one of the most disappointing car-buying experiences I’ve ever had. Jawad mehenti was the sales agent. If you come across this guy please be careful. He will mislead you purposely and overprice the price. The vehicle was advertised online for $28,888, but after spending hours at the dealership, the final price ended up being almost the same as a brand-new RAV4. They added several hidden fees — including reconditioning, dealer charges, and filing fees — that were never clearly disclosed upfront. Even after including all these hidden taxes and fees, I ended up paying significantly more than expected, completely defeating the purpose of buying a pre-owned car. The advertised price was simply a bait to get customers in the door. This level of misleading pricing and lack of transparency is unacceptable, especially from a Toyota-certified dealership. I am filing a formal complaint with Toyota Corporate and the Better Business Bureau (BBB) to ensure others are warned about these practices. If you’re considering this dealership, please protect yourself — get every cost in writing before you sign anything, or take your business elsewhere. I found Toyota Doral to be more reliable. They had given a quote below $35 k. Whereas Toyota of Hollywood sold a used car for $34 k. Such bad Sales Ethics. Salesman reply was we put everything on paper it was your fault that you signed it. So if you go in not knowing much about cars they will absolutely cheat you. I understand if people want to make a higher sale of $1000 but to cheat a customer to the tune of $5000 that takes a completely heartless human to do that. I tried contacting Diana but no response. All in all once sale is done they do not care. More
