The service manager was awesome. He stepped in when Dario couldn’t be found. Thank you Mr Singletary. I was about to consider a different location due to frustration. The person that was assigned to assist me with my service was out and not answering calls from the service manager. I am somewhat apprehensive about returning, but I will try to move past this situation. I have two other dealerships closer to my home. One I have yet to try and the other is a nightmare.
