Toyota of Hollywood is the greatest dealership I’ve ever been to! And I believe this comes down to all the professionals that assisted me. Sandra Molina was a lesson in professionalism, her expertise made this overall experience just move quickly with ease and efficiency. Alex Castillo was a super nice person, and SO HELPFUL in tutoring me on all the technology and advancements on this Tundra, much has changed since my last Tundra purchased 11 years ago. Alex was patient with me and eager to answer all my questions, along with teaching me about things I wouldn’t have thought to ask about. Adin Acevedo led me through the actual purchase process, with ease and efficiency. His wonderful personality and sense of humor made the process relaxing and go fast.
