I bought a preowned Toyota from this dealer and regret not taking the time to read the reviews before making the purchase. Before signing the contract the car interior was okay. I made the down payment an not taking the time to read the reviews before making the purchase. Before signing the contract the car interior was okay. I made the down payment and due to some unavoidable circumstances was not able to pick the car the next few day. Had already told them and they were okay with it and happily took the deposit and I signed the contract. later, when I went to pick the vehicle found some damage to the interior so started questioning about it. With this inquiry the entire staff including the sales man changed their attitude and their tone was extremely rude. No body wanted to take the responsibility to talk and every minute I was introduced to another person to take care of it. I waited several hours just to bring my car home. Finally, I don't know who but someone made the decision to give me a discount for the damages and told the cashier what to do or whether the cashier did something but I don't know what was the long discussion between the cashier and manager was. I followed the cashier paid the bill and the cashier gave me the receipt. I saw my bank the checks are cleared. Next day I get a call that I took the vehicle without making a payment. Don't know the level of qualified people are there if the car was not paid the books wouldn't reflect that the car was paid in full. I made the payment via checks, I received the receipt and the sales man pull the car gave me the key saying enjoy your car and I left their parking (only to realize that the head lights don't work...aha! safe Toyota driving!). I didn't knew the cheap quality and level of their services and should have insisted to change the contract. I thought they are really nice taking care of the issue so why create unnecessary steps; but it was a trick to get rid of the preowned car. Next day no body remembered any discount for the damage and no headlights working. They start to threaten to take away the car. I am a professional and is horrified with their level of talk. Don't know if this was just another tactic to sell another pre-owned vehicle. The finance department and the sales man don't hesitate to make harassing phone calls at work rather than to see what internal manipulations are made by their employees handling such info. They call and threaten to take the car away. I don't understand that how the cashier is able to close the transaction one time and open it up as unpaid another day. There were enough reviews about this place to get the idea before going there I wish I had made some effort to read what I might be getting into. Watch out guys to deal with the after effects once the car has left their parking lot. There are many other dealerships in the area. You probably will spend more time regretting the purchasing experience than to enjoy the vehicle. This place stinks! Regardless of what the employees do even the managers do not have the decency to apologize rather they make full effort to blame the customer :( Rather than seeing that their own employees are involved in manipulating the transactions and simply telling the customer it was a mistake and try to clarify what happen and now they want more money they will create a whole big story to keep you busy for no reason :( I just want to bring this to their management's attention and the employees refuse to provide the contact info. We went to this dealer after getting a price for a new Camry on line. When we arrived we were told there was stock on the car with the options we wanted.It turns out there was NO stock on the car we wante Camry on line. Every car similar to what we wanted had "upgrades" adding to the cost. One alleged upgrade was a paint coating on the body and underbody. Every consumer advocate warns car buyers that this is a ruse by dealers to jack up the price. This two and a half hour waste of our time wasn't about to end in in a professional manner. When the salesman saw that we were not going to buy he brought in someone else who pretended he didnt understand the situation (our salesman had been gone for about 15 minutes talking to this person)....further wasting our time with schem,ing to con us into a deal we didn't want.. After he saw we would pay the quoted price and no more he said "You want your cake and eat it too." How insulting! No customer relations or people skills here. The original salesman never even said good-bye. I would recommend that any future Toyota buyer avoid this dealership. There are many others who offer far better service for less of a price without the games. More

Bought a Corolla S model from this dealer 3 years ago and Went here to buy a new Camry 6 months ago , saw ad in paper and of course they pulled the we already sold that one , then raised the price of the car Went here to buy a new Camry 6 months ago , saw ad in paper and of course they pulled the we already sold that one , then raised the price of the car to give me the zero interest financing , then was very rude when I tried to negotiate the price and told me he was not there to negotiate with me and I could take it or leave it ! So I laughed in his face and I left it !! I bought the car somewhere else at $1800 cheaper ! Recently I went to look at a 2 door Yaris hatchback I was in that area so I stopped at this location , I liked the car and even though this time they were willing to negotiate and meet my price I went and bought it somewhere else just for the slight they pulled on me for the Camry , I would not buy anything from these people !!! Burn me once shame on you , Burn me twice shame on me !!!!!! More
I was so nervous that I was going to be late for work, but I spoke with Bill and he fixed my car right away. Even though he said it was the fastest he's ever replaced a starter, he did a great job! I would not recommend this dealership. The way I was treated for the car tag was very unprofessional. They would not answer my phone calls,email nor return voice mail on my tag status. I had to go in person and at first they told me the tag was not in but after insisting that it was going to expire they found it.They told me the tag was just a small fee but it turned out over $100 over the price the gave me when I purchased the car. I have purchased a number of Toyota's from other dealerships without issue unfortunately this was a negative experience. Why would they have a customer relationship manager that doesn't contact customers. More

MR SHIRDEL PROFFESIONALLY GREETED US IN A VERY RESPECTFUL MANOR AND SHOWED US A GREAT SELECTION NEW HIGHLANDER WITH NO INTENTION OF BUYING THAT DAY.
