Hands down the easiest car buying experience of my life I just want to commend Toyota of Hollywood for begin such a wonderful experience to do business--- We had come that day from another Toyota dealership I just want to commend Toyota of Hollywood for begin such a wonderful experience to do business--- We had come that day from another Toyota dealership in the valley and had a bad taste in our mouthes from the treatment we received there, but as soon as we stepped on the lot we were warmly greeted by Akin Akinbayode, and we voiced our previous concerns with the past dealership. He escorted us to his sales manager Steve Stein and the two of us came up with a easy and stress free agreement that met our budget and our time constraints. Hands down the best card buying experience I've ever had. During the final sale and paperwork, the finance manager Wally Goodrick was a real gem-- a straight talker but also honest and comforting. All and all we were Wow'd by the entire team and would recommend any friend or family interested in a Toyota within a 50 mile drive of Hollywood to purchase their car from Hollywood Toyota hands down. Walid Mansour was a no pressure salesman who accommodated our many requests with patience and thoroughness. We ESPECIALLY liked the fact that when he didn't know the answer to a question we asked (my husband is an engineer, so he asks lots of very technical questions), he would say "I don't know" and then he would FIND OUT THE ANSWER. It was such a refreshing change from the usual BS. Our only issue was that the Corolla had a bit of a rattle in the dash area, that we didn't notice until driving the car the next day. We were pleased that Walid was quick to respond to our complaint and got the car in service the next day. The rattle was fixed and we are happy with the car. We seriously looked at many cars at many dealerships - Honda, Mercedes, Mazda, Ford & Subaru. But the value we found at Toyota couldn't be beat. More
