We very nearly gave up on Toyota when we had a bad experience with another dealership in a different part of LA (the other branch was non-responsive and extremely unhelpful). This dealership, by contrast, was wonderful. Xavier and Maher answered every question we had, and went out of their way to ensure that we got the service we needed. If our family ultimately needs a second car, this is definitely the dealership we plan to work with. I strongly recommend this place, and would deal with them again without hesitation. More
