Did what they needed to to make sure my problem was fixed I was having a problem with my satellite radio. The first thing we tried didn't solve the problem. Above & Beyond Customer Service! I had taken my 2005 prius to another Toyota Service Center and they did NOT have great customer service. They hastily explained things to me and every I had taken my 2005 prius to another Toyota Service Center and they did NOT have great customer service. They hastily explained things to me and everytime I would call to ask questions or get quotes, I could never get my original service rep & whoever they got on the phone would just read off my report with no genuine care or suggestions. I finally decided to take my car to Hollywood and Victor was the complete opposite of my previous experience. He was so gracious and let me ask questions and gave me his input. He did a full inspection of my vehicle and help me understand my car better. I left feeling so comfortable with the experience. I will def bring my business back to Victor & Toyota of Hollywood!
