Carlos Pelayo was my go to service person and I have been treated very well by him the last three times I have gone. This car needed extensive repair. I probably could have gone elsewhere for a less pricey deal, but they are so pleasant and accommodating (a loaner) that it is worth the extra dollars knowing that my records are there and that we can refer to them in an instant. I like tht they are genuine Toyota parts and you know what you are getting.. because Carlos answers all your questions nicely. My car is a ScionXB PURCHASED on their showroom floor 11 years ago March 8th. More
