We had been going to many dealers to find a gently used 2010 Prius package 3 with a Sunroof. Finally when we found it on their website I called Toyota of Hollywood and they still had it. I was looking for a specific Toyota Tacoma 4x4. I visited 6 dealers in the LA area and not one dealership had what I was looking for, frustrated, I called Toyota of Hollywood asked for a sales associate and 6 dealers in the LA area and not one dealership had what I was looking for, frustrated, I called Toyota of Hollywood asked for a sales associate and was answered by Mr. David Martinez. He listened to my tail of woe, and with me on th line,checked his inventory. . . within 30seconds he told me he had the EXACT truck I was looking for, then he asked if I could stay on the line with him while he actually went out and physically touched the truck we were talking about! Talk about customer service!!!! I told him I was on the way and "please don't sell the truck before I get there?" When I arrived I was greeted by Fleet Director Reza Laleh, a shining example of what customer service used to be like. Friendly, helpful, courteous and thanked me for shopping at Hollywood Toyota. My husband and I had researched the exact car we wanted and were thrilled when we found it at Toyota of Hollywood, and it had just been marked down a significant amount. We live a distance from Hollywood b and were thrilled when we found it at Toyota of Hollywood, and it had just been marked down a significant amount. We live a distance from Hollywood but that wasn’t going to stop up from buying the best car for our price range. When I inquired about the car (it was marked down so much we had to double check) there was no mistake about it. David Martinez got in contact with us and helped pre-approve us via the internet and phone so that when we made the 1 ½ hour drive we could knock out hours of sitting and waiting with a 3 year old. When we made it to the dealership David had everything done for us and all that was left were a few papers and signatures! What an awesome experience, and very fast none the less! When we sat with the finance manager Morris he didn’t try and offer us a bunch of things we didn’t want. He offered us one package, we said no and that was it. This has been the BEST car buying experience I have ever experienced. My husband and I left happy customers with the best deal in the city and neighboring cities. When we are ready to get my husband a car we have already decided that Toyota of Hollywood is going to be our first stop. You can’t beat the service! In the market for a fuel efficient sedan I came across the Camry Hybrid. I put a list of requests including monthly limits for a 36 month leasing agreement together. Wally Goodrick was the first and only Toyota person who understood my requests and started working on them. I took a test drive and shopped around some more, but wherever I turned, Wally's offer made the most sense. It was fair and exactly what I wanted. Today I picked up my beautiful new Camry Hybrid from Toyota of Hollywood. Here, too, Wally exceeded my expectations by taking the time to explain things and make sure I understood some of the touch display goodies. I would always recommend Toyota of Hollywood and especially Wally Goodrick when you're in the market for a new car. He's the best in my opinion. More
