I was looking for a specific Toyota Tacoma 4x4. He listened to my tail of woe, and with me on th line,checked his inventory. . . within 30seconds he told me he had the EXACT truck I was looking for, then he asked if I could stay on the line with him while he actually went out and physically touched the truck we were talking about! Talk about customer service!!!! I told him I was on the way and "please don't sell the truck before I get there?"
