I have had my 1988 Toyota Celica Convertible serviced for the last 23 years at Hollywood Toyota - first by Pat Cabral then more recently by Joseph Lutz. We were looking for a Rav-4 EV. Ryan MIddlekauff answered our inquiries right away, and continued to be top-notch in communicating with us. We had a ton of questions while we were out of town, which he answered immediately. The paperwork went so quickly. Ryan explained the car thoroughly (and it's a complicated car!). Then we went through financing with Jeff Szabatura - he made it fast and entertaining! This dealership is the best. And for the record, we put out inquiries to dealers all over Southern California. We bought at Hollywood Toyota because Ryan responded the fastest and with the most information. He made us feel like we mattered. Efficient and friendly- what more could you ask for! More
