Everything about the lease process was great except the end where they trick you into buying useless insurance options that add lots of money to your monthly payment, and turn out to be useless. Specifically, Express Total Care - which claims to cover nicks and damage to the car, but when I had a very small dent which they said they could fix, they simply colored it in with paint. It looked terrible - as if I had just had an 8-year-old color it in with a Sharpie. I would NOT recommend that you get Express Total Care. I've been trying to arrange to speak with Jeff Szabatura for months now and he has been terrible at getting back to me. More
