I will keep going no matter how busy I am, because good service needs to be praised and recognized! I was gonna give up on Toyota cars after getting HORRIBLE services at Toyota Culver City service dept countless times, and TOH saved me from saying good by to my Prius! Everyone is unbelievably nice and service is very thorough! This time my service person was Elizabeth PIneda. She gave me the same friendly, thorough, and pristine service as three other gentlemen is the past! After experiencing wonderful customer service at TOH 4 consecutive times I truly believe Toyota Culver City can take some lessons from the service reps here!
