I would give it ZERO stars if I can, this will be one of many reviews and before you decide to do business here I would read others reviews as well. VETERANS, ACTIVE DUTY, EVERYONE stay away. I was out of town taking care of my father who has cancer and my husband went to look at a truck, they where running a deal or I should say SCAM and he fell for it hook, line and sinker after he repeatedly asked for his keys back because they could not meet our financial needs they continue high pressure sales tactics and when I reached out the the owner he said it was guys from the promotion and some are no longer allowed back but reading previous reviews they SCAM people every time. Monday we went back to renegotiate was told it was going to take a couple of days, then we were told we would hear something back by 10am and they keep giving us the run around, then another gentlemen called me and basically said that they already go the money for the vehicle and ended the call. The truck came to us dirty and was supposed to be detailed and still finding things that belonged to the previous owner. More

VETERANS STAY AWAY, Not a good place to do business. We all know salesmen are shady but Josh Mann is as shady as they come. My husband, who is a DISABLED VETERAN, made a deal with Josh and his dealers We all know salesmen are shady but Josh Mann is as shady as they come. My husband, who is a DISABLED VETERAN, made a deal with Josh and his dealership to pickup a truck today and they sold it out from under him. We already got the loan from our bank and he and the dealership agreed on everything, we were just waiting for it to be cleaned and them to replace something that was missing. They didn't even have the decency to call and let him know they sold it out from under him. Josh Mann, the shady salesman, told him as of Saturday "We pulled it from the lot and marked it as sold, so don't worry it's a done deal just waiting on the headrest and the truck to be cleaned. I'll call you Monday when it's ready for pickup" That was the lie that came from this mans mouth. People that don't keep their word isn't worth spit. YOU, Josh aren't worth spit! More

The only good thing about the service department is the girl up front always caring and attentive every single time i come in. Most horrible experience. Bought a used car got it home and in a few days wouldn’t start . I took warranty out on car so they came out picked it up but in the future will tell Bought a used car got it home and in a few days wouldn’t start .
